Special Orders & Catering

Presenting Grace & Shelly’s Cupcakes at your special planned event is a unique and thoughtful way to make the event special, personalized and TASTEFUL!

The combination of incredible taste, and custom decorations by the artistry of Grace & Shelly’s Cupcakes will ensure that your event will be a rousing success!

A selection of flavors is available in-store daily. Up to a dozen cupcakes of any one flavor may be purchased depending on availability. If you would like more than a dozen cupcakes of one flavor or have a special request or special event, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance from the store where you will pick up (See store locations below).

We encourage you to call your preferred Grace & Shelly’s Location well in advance of your event to consult about options, whether it’s for a dozen customized birthday cupcakes, a jumbo, sports-themed cupcake, or an elegant presentation of wedding cupcakes for your wedding guests.

Placing Your Order

At least 48-hours notice is preferred for all orders. Orders requiring custom decoration may require additional advance notice. Cancellation charges may apply for custom decoration orders canceled 48 hours prior to the pick-up or delivery time. A minimum of 12 cupcakes is required for flavors from our daily flavors list that are not available on the day of your order. A minimum of 24 cupcakes is required for flavors that we currently do not offer on our daily flavors list. Some restrictions may apply.

Deposit

We do not require a deposit, but payment must be paid in full, 48 hours before pick-up or delivery.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We respectfully request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of special orders. All orders canceled with the minimum 24-hour notice will incur a 5% service fee. Late cancellations or changed orders without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Set-Up

Hassle-free set up is available. Your order will be hand-delivered to your venue, arranged and displayed to create a beautiful presentation. We will gladly coordinate and work with your event planner to ensure your order is set up timely.

Rentals

For a nominal fee, rental is available on various size and style of cupcake tiers to accommodate your order.

Disclaimer

Once we provide you with a quote, if we do not hear from you within 72 hrs, we will assume you are no longer interested in our services and your order may be canceled at our discretion, without notice. We have a right of refusal of service due to: lack of communication, unreasonable requests, verbal/written abuse or disrespect to our employees and staff, explicit or offensive cake requests, and/or anything we deem inappropriate at our discretion.
